Thanks for looking over Plum Bottom Pottery LLC's shop policies. I hope the following answers any question you may have about the process of buying online. Ultimately I want you to be happy so please contact me with any further questions.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover or direct payments, all through PayPal.



Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?
No, you are not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. Although if you already have a PayPal account you may use it.



How secure is this store? 

This store uses PayPal for payments, and PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). 



What do the green and red dots mean? 

Green = Available, Red = Sold 

How do I purchase something online? 
If you’d like to purchase something click the add to cart button. The cart system will walk you through the process; it’s quite painless. However, if you have any questions, just give us a call. 

When I click add to cart it just says 'adding' and won't add it to my cart? 
The item is in someone else's cart and is pending purchase. If they do not purchase the item within 30 minutes the item will again become available for purchase.

Can I purchase something featured on the website in the gallery?
There is no way currently for us to offer, “in store pick up” in our shipping options but, if you fall in love with a piece online you can purchase it in the physical gallery.

How will my order be shipped? 

Jewelry is shipped insured with USPS while Pottery and other art is typically shipped FedEx.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders will be shipped within 3 business Days, sometimes sooner. Shipping time will depend on a variety of factors, please contact us if you are on a tight time table. Please allow additional time for shipments outside of the US.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Give us a call (920.743.2819) and we’ll look at the options. 



Can you ship to a different address than my billing address? 

Yes! Just make sure you note the change in Paypal while filling out the billing and shipping portion. Please feel free to call or email us with any questions or directions you may have. 



Do you ship to addresses outside the United States? 

Yes! In addition to all U.S. States and Territories, we can make arrangements to ship just about anywhere on the globe. For international, Alaska or Hawaii orders there will be an additional charge. You will be contacted to authorize the charge before the order is shipped. 



There’s a piece I’d like to purchase but there isn’t a “Add to Cart” button, what do I do?
Once an item has been purchased the “Add to Cart” button is automatically removed. 



I put some items in my cart earlier and when I went back they were gone, what happened?
As all of the items on our site are one-of-a-kind we don’t want to take the risk of a piece being put in a cart and forgotten for days or forever. With this in mind, we’ve designed the cart to automatically reset after 30 minutes. 



How will I know my order went through, will I receive an email confirmation?
Yes. We will send you an email confirmation that will list everything you’ve ordered as well as all of the costs associated with your order (make sure to look in your junk email if you don't see it.) If you have any issues please call as soon as possible. 



Can I change or cancel my order?
Email or call us as soon as possible. Please note, some orders are shipped the day they are placed, it may not always be possible to cancel. 



I want to return my purchase, what do I do?
If you’re not happy, we’re not happy. Contact us and we’ll take care of it. All returns must be returned to us within 30 days and in original, unused condition for a full refund. (Minus shipping costs)

What do I do if something is damaged when I receive it?
Please check all the packages upon delivery. If by chance a shipment arrives damaged please let us know immediately at [email protected] or 920.743.2819. Be sure to save all packaging materials, since UPS/FedEx will pickup the damaged shipments before an insurance claim can be submitted.

Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted within five days of receipt of purchase. Return shipping costs and safe return are the responsibilities of the customer. Contact me for more information regarding exchanges.

Can I purchase a gift certificate?
Yes. We offer gift certificates in any amount and shipped according to your instructions, please contact us with questions.

How to Care for the Pots:
Mugs and bowls are dishwasher and microwave safe, though porcelain and stoneware is extremely strong, it is not indestructible. Special care should be taken when washing or placing in dishwasher. Casseroles and other ceramic bowls and dishes can also be placed in the oven. Place the piece in a cool over and heat the piece up with the oven. Do not place piece directly into a 400 degree oven.

How to Care for the Jewelry:
Over the years we have tried a variety of different techniques to clean the jewelry we carry here, we find the easiest and safest way to clean most pieces is simply with a soft cloth and Windex. A soft tooth brush can also be used to get r

Privacy Policy:
Customer Privacy is very important to me. I do not share or sell any information provided to us by our customers.

Pricing Errors:
Due to human error our site may list an occasional incorrect price. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen we do not honor the incorrect prices. In the event of an error we will inform the customer before the order is processed & the customer will have the option to continue with the order or cancel.

Terms and Conditions:
When you purchase anything from Plum Bottom Pottery LLC, you agree to hold Chad Luberger harmless from any loss, damage or injury due to any products purchased from us. Our maximum liability to you is the amount you paid for the item(s) purchased. All items offered on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Note: We reserve the right to update these policies at any time.
